Professional Experience: 

Grant focuses his practice primarily on corporate bankruptcy matters, representing a variety of creditors, including trade creditors, landlords, and lien claimants before the United States Bankruptcy Court in the District of Delaware. He has also served as lead trustee counsel in several corporate Chapter 7 cases and has significant experience both prosecuting and defending preference/avoidance actions.

In addition to his bankruptcy practice, Grant litigates a wide range of commercial matters before all of Delaware’s trial courts.
