Professional Experience: 

Ms. Pesin concentrates her practice in the area of family law, representing individuals in matters related to:

  • custody, visitation
  • child support, divorce, guardianship of children
  • termination of parental rights/adoption, substantiation for child abuse or neglect
  • protection from abuse (PFA) cases

Ms. Pesin practices throughout Delaware and in the neighboring counties of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Cooch and Taylor, Ms. Pesin was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Alan N. Cooper and the Honorable Joelle P. Hitch at the Delaware Family Court. She also served as a law clerk for Delaware Volunteer Legal Services. Ms. Pesin worked as an Investment Management Paralegal for Stradley, Ronon, Stevens and Young prior to entering law school.
