Mr. Fasic concentrates his practice in the areas of Labor, Employment, Construction, Commercial Litigation, and Bankruptcy. He has practiced before all courts in the state of Delaware at both the state and federal levels and appears frequently before various administrative boards and agencies. He also has experience with litigation and appellate matters in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Fasic’s labor and employment practice is primarily management-based and includes discrimination, wage and hour, child labor, Davis-Bacon/prevailing wage, occupational safety and health, unfair labor disputes, union elections, employee handbooks and policies, contracts/restrictive covenants, severance agreements, Whistleblower, workplace fraud, and unemployment compensation.
In March 2007, Mr. Fasic was certified as a mediator by the Delaware Superior Court and is available to mediate disputes in the areas of labor, employment, construction and mechanic’s liens.
Prior to joining Cooch and Taylor, Mr. Fasic maintained a solo practice for 3½ years. Previously as a partner at Tighe, Cottrell and Logan, he served as Managing Director from February 2003 until February 2005.
