

Estate Planning and Administration
COOCH AND TAYLOR's Estate Planning and Administration Department assists its clients in many facets of estate planning and administration and provides fiduciary advice and litigation representation.
Working closely with investment advisors, accountants and trust officers to develop comprehensive estate plans, lawyers in this practice area assist clients in the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other estate planning documents. In addition they assist executors, administrators and trustees in connection with the administration of estates and trusts.
In their representation of institutional fiduciaries with issues relative to the administration of trusts, they often represent clients in the Delaware Court of Chancery in matters involving probate, trust, guardianship and other issues.
